These Terms govern your use of Solar ROI Pro, operated by Solar ROI Pro (sole proprietorship, Republic of Serbia), at https://solarroi.pro.

1. Service Description

Solar ROI Pro is a professional-grade photovoltaic feasibility calculator using PVGIS EU JRC data, supporting 8 languages and 7 tariff jurisdictions.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for personal calculations, professional client presentations, and educational purposes. You may NOT reverse-engineer, create competing services, or misrepresent our calculations as guarantees.

3. Calculations and Liability

Solar ROI Pro produces engineering estimates, not financial guarantees. Actual solar yields depend on local variables. We are not liable for investment decisions, yield discrepancies, or tariff changes. Always consult a licensed solar engineer for binding studies.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Solar ROI Pro participates in affiliate marketing programs including AliExpress and Amazon Associates. Product recommendations may contain affiliate tracking links. Commissions are paid by retailers — not by you. We comply with FTC, EU, and UK disclosure regulations. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

5. Payment and Refunds

The Professional tier costs $19.99 (one-time) via Lemon Squeezy, LLC.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, calculations, models, and branding are property of Solar ROI Pro, protected by international copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. EU consumers retain the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
